“I really like that the videos squeeze a good workout into such a short amount of time. This program helped to keep me accountable to fitness, in part because of the duration of the workouts. Kara is so knowledgeable and she does a good job explaining each move, where you feel it, and how to maintain good form. This was a self-guided, thorough, and fun full-body workout routine. In just less than 20 minutes a day you can get stronger and stronger and find a love for fitness. It doesn’t matter what level you are at in fitness – there is a video and modification for every level. Fun to do with a friend too!”
